Organized
Packaging System
DMC
Service Kits are designed to enable the technician to use his time and
abilities in the most efficient way. Through our organizational planning
we provide the user with the following benefits:
- Easier Access
to Tools.
- Less Personnel
Downtime.
- Control of Tool
Inventory.
- Protection of
Tools.
ENVIRONMENTAL
PACKAGING
An analysis of the
environmental conditions and other factors is of absolute necessity from
the beginning. On-site field maintenance requires a packaging system where
maximum portability and component protection are the controlling factors,
whereas maintenance kits designed for depot level support are based primarily
on convenient location of components and other significant factors important
to that environment.
CUSTOM SIZES
Depending upon the
complexity of they system being supported, the tools and technical data
are protected in various formats; from a single metal tool box for basic,
on-site repairs to multi-drawer, roll-around cabinets for depot level
repairs.
FOAM INSERTS
Foam inserts (standard
for all DMC kits) provide each
compartment with a designated storage space which is indicated on the
Contents Charts. This allows the technician to assure himself that no
needed components are missing prior to his departing to make the repair.
The technician also knows, prior to leaving the on-site repair, that if
a foam compartment is empty, then a component is missing and must be retrieved.
This helps eliminate FOD (Foreign Object Damage) problems.

ORGANIZED FOR EFFICIENT MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
Increased
utilization of aircraft and greater accountability of the individuals
and organizations who maintain aircraft (and other high reliability systems)
are issues which drive the need for efficient tool control to greater
heights than ever before.
Efficient
Tool control and accountability starts with a DMC
Wiring Systems Service Kit. The complete compliment of tools
and accessories to maintain the connectors and other wiring system components
are organized, and readily available. A separate cavity for each
item is designed to let you know when tools are missing or out of
place. It provides a system which prevents Foreign Object Damage
(FOD), and each tool is protected while in storage or transportation.
This assures the tools will be in better shape when they are needed, and
the calibration is better assured due to the protection from dropping
and other abuse.
There
is a DMC Wiring System Service
Kit which will help your organization become more efficient and accountable.
