Indent Crimping Tools
The AF8 and AFM8 perform indent type crimping, in accordance
with MIL-C-22520, on virtually every type of closed barrel contact.
The combined capability of these tools are from #12 AWG to #32 AWG
wire and most popular coax center conductors. Over a thousand
turret heads or positioners are available to adapt the tool frame
to your specific contact/wire application. |

Frame Crimp Tools
The HX3 and HX4 series crimp tools feature a system
of interchangeable dies which eliminate the need for separate tools
for each application. The tools are in accordance with MIL-C-22520
and are most often used with shielded contacts, terminals and splices,
as well as other applications. DMC
manufactures a wide variety of crimp dies for these open frame tools. |

DCT4 Series Crimp Tools

Pneumatic & Hydraulic Crimp
Systems
The PH System augments standard shop air pressure with
hydraulics to provide the ultimate power tool system for crimping,
cutting, forming or other operations which require higher forces.
This system provides the user with a compact hand-held tool that weighs
little more than the comparable hand tool. The power converter
is housed in a separate metal case. |

Pneumatic Crimp Tools
The DMC
Power Crimp Tools WA27 and WA22 are direct equivalents to their corresponding
hand tools, (AF8 and AFM8). They use the same turret heads or
positioners, gages and other accessories as their hand tool companions.
As improved automation needs specify and ergonomic conditions mandate,

Pneumatic Open Frame Crimp
Tools
The HX23 is the power companion to the HX4, allowing
the user hands free operation while assuring full die closure through
use of a full cycle control system. With the tool in the normal
open position, contact assemblies can be easily inserted. An
activation of the foot pedal releases the dies to a gripping position,
and a second activation of the pedal completes the crimp and returns
the dies to the open position. |
