Wire Pull Testers - Manual
The Alphatron PT-100 and PT-100A are manually operated pull testers that perform the vital mechanical verification of all types of wire crimps.  The capacities of these testers is 100 lbs. and 150 lbs. respectively.  The operator merely loads the sample, then pulls on the lever until the crimp breaks.  The peak force at breakage registers on the meter assembly.  Gripping assemblies are available fro almost every contact or terminal made.
Hand-Held Pull Testers
The Model HPT-200 hand-held pull tester which blends the accuracy and rugged design of the Alphatron pull testers into a portable battery powered unit.  Ergonomic, patented, low-stress tensioning mechanism.  Pull capacity of 200 lbs.
Automated Wire Pull Testers
The MPT Series Wire Pull Testers provide the ultimate in crimp testing repeatability to UL 486A. Mil Spec, ISO and other standards with 200 lbs. or 250 lbs. pull capacities.  Operation is easy and the low profile design makes the unit very portable.  After easily loading the sample, the operator chooses the start function, and the equipment takes over.  The electronic motor pulls the sample to breakage or holds at a preset value, (per UL 486A) with the optional Constant Force Mode.  Whatever the application, the Alphatron Line of Wire Pull Testers provides a solution for crimp testing verification.
