WHS-1 Wire Harness Spoon
 The WHS-1 is used to assist in weaving wires into existing wire harnesses.
It helps thread new or repaired wires under tight cable ties, zip ties, string ties and
cushion clamps.
The plastic construction of the WHS-1 reduces damage when inserting wires into existing wire arnesses. There is less chance of nicks or cuts than with a metallic wire harness spoon.
The WHS-1 can also be used to isolate cable ties for safe cutting. The WHS-1 is Orange in color and .875” wide by 6” long.
WHS-1 INSTRUCTIONS |
1.
Insert the tip of the WHS-1 with the bowl facing out toward the operator. |
2.
Insert the tip far enough under the tie or clamp so that a gap opens between the tie or clamp large enough for a wire to pass through. |
3.
Holding the WHS-1 in place, thread the wire along the bowl and through the gap created by the tool. |
